From the supplier: Truckload carriers have developed management strategies which focus on controlling costs, improving productivity, safety and communications to increase their competitiveness. In addition, many truckload carriers failed to emphasize on improving their strategic planning skills. Carriers must address these deficiencies to increase their competitiveness and profitability.
